1. Eligibility

Only registered and active members of Uokoaji SACCO are eligible to access the Member Portal. Members must use their official login credentials issued by the SACCO.

2. Account Security

• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or password with anyone.
• Notify the SACCO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

The Portal may be used only for lawful purposes and for accessing your SACCO-related information, including:

• Checking account balances
• Viewing statements and transactions
• Applying for loans
• Communicating with the SACCO

4. Prohibited Use

Members agree not to:

• Access accounts or information of other members
• Use the Portal to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Upload or transmit malicious software

5. Data Accuracy

Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide via the Portal. Uokoaji SACCO will not be held liable for errors arising from incorrect member input.

6. Availability and Maintenance

The SACCO strives to ensure the Portal is available 24/7, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. The SACCO shall not be liable for any downtime or delays.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Member data is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act (Kenya) and the SACCO’s Privacy Policy. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

8. Termination of Access

The SACCO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Portal:

• If these Terms are violated
• Upon cessation of SACCO membership
• For system or security reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

The SACCO shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Portal, including errors, system failures, or unauthorized access.

10. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
